About the project
Organized outreach for teams that cannot afford wasted effort.
Outreach Pipelines is a technology project exploring how structured workflows and responsible automation can help small nonprofit and community teams do outreach with less administrative strain.
Mission
Help small teams accomplish more with limited resources.
Many community initiatives run on a handful of staff and volunteers. Outreach — contacting partners, coordinating volunteers, following up with community members — is essential, but the administrative side of it is often fragmented and time-consuming.
The mission of Outreach Pipelines is to provide simple, accessible tooling that brings order to that work: clear contact records, defined workflow stages, reliable follow-ups, and automation of the repetitive parts — always with a person in control.
Outreach Pipelines is not a registered nonprofit or charity, does not claim tax-exempt status, and does not present itself as a grant-maker or funding body. It is a software project intended to serve nonprofit and community use cases.

Practical utility
Few, reliable features that fit real workflows — preferred over a broad, shallow feature list.
Status & direction
Early, honest, and open to input.
The repository currently contains only the project license — no product code, demo, or hosted service has been published. Current work is at the problem-definition and early-design stage, and this website is the first public artifact.
- ✓Now: public website, documented approach, open contact channel.
- ✓Next: validate the workflow concept with nonprofit practitioners; prototype contact and follow-up organization.
- ✓Later (planned): workflow automation and opt-in AI drafting support, subject to validation.
