Terms of Use

Simple ground rules for using this public website. These are draft terms for a small project site — not legal advice.

1. What this site is

outreach.piplines.online is the public website of Outreach Pipelines, an early-stage technology project. The site provides information about the project’s mission, intended product direction, and contact details. There is currently no account system, hosted application, or paid offering.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
  • misuse the contact channel (spam, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, or sending unlawful content);
  • misrepresent the project — for example, by claiming endorsement, partnership, or charitable status that does not exist;
  • scrape contact details from this site for unsolicited outreach.

3. Intellectual property

Text, design, and code of this website are made available under the project’s open-source license, GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0), consistent with the project repository at github.com/Rajathk6/Outreach_piplines, unless a file states otherwise. The project name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement of another product or organization without permission.

4. Product availability and development status

Descriptions of current, in-development, and planned capabilities (including any future automation or AI-assisted features) are provided for transparency. Planned features may change or never be built. Nothing on this site constitutes a promise of availability, a service-level commitment, or an offer to provide a hosted service.

5. Your responsibilities

If you contact the project, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for not including information you have no right to share. Do not send passwords, financial data, or sensitive personal data about other people.

6. Third-party links and services

This site links to an external GitHub repository and uses mailto: links that open your own email application. The project is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and applications.

7. Warranty disclaimer

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms specifies a governing jurisdiction; mandatory local laws apply where relevant.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves (for example, if a hosted product launches). Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
