Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no hype.

Everything here matches the actual project status as of the site’s publication. If anything changes, this page and the Product page will be updated first.

What is Outreach Pipelines?

A technology project exploring how structured outreach workflows — contacts, stages, follow-ups, and light automation — can help small nonprofit and community teams reduce repetitive administrative work. The public website and documented concept exist today; no hosted product exists yet.

Who is it designed for?

Small nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, volunteer coordinators, and social-impact teams with limited administrative capacity — typically teams of one to twenty people rather than large enterprises.

Is it a registered nonprofit?

No. Outreach Pipelines is a technology project with a nonprofit and social-impact use case. It does not claim charitable registration, tax-exempt status, or any legal nonprofit identity.

Is the product available yet?

No. There is no signup, login, dashboard, or hosted app to try. The repository currently contains only the project license. Features described on this site are labelled Available now (this website), In development (active design), or Planned (not implemented).

What does it currently do?

Today the project provides: this public website, a documented outreach-workflow concept, published principles (accessibility, responsible automation, transparency), and an open contact channel at rajath@piplines.online. See the Product page for the full status table.

How can nonprofit teams or contributors get involved?

Email rajath@piplines.online via the Contact page. Practitioner perspectives (what breaks in your outreach process) are the most valuable input right now. Technical collaborators are also welcome; the repository is licensed GPL-3.0.

How is user information handled?

This website uses no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no cookies beyond what the hosting provider needs to operate. Contact happens by email — your message goes to the project inbox and is not sold or shared. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

How can someone contact the project?

Email rajath@piplines.online, or use the form on the Contact page, which composes an email in your own mail app (the site has no backend and sends nothing itself).
