Product overview · honest status
A structured way to run outreach — without the busywork.
Outreach Pipelines is intended to help small teams track who they need to reach, what was said, and what happens next. No feature is described as live unless it is verified in the codebase — and today, no hosted product exists yet.
Status you can trust
Available now · In development · Planned
The repository at github.com/Rajathk6/Outreach_piplines currently contains only the project license. The table below reflects that reality.
Available now
Project website & direction
- ✓Public site explaining mission, approach, and status
- ✓Documented workflow concept and principles
- ✓Open contact channel for practitioners
In development
Workflow concept & validation
- ✓Outreach-stage model (to contact → contacted → following up → confirmed)
- ✓Contact + interaction record structure (design exploration)
- ✓Practitioner conversations to test the concept
“In development” here means active thinking and design — not a beta you can try.
Planned
Future capabilities
- ✓Outreach campaign organization
- ✓Contact & interaction management
- ✓Follow-up reminders
- ✓Workflow automation for routine admin
- ✓AI-assisted message drafting (opt-in, human-reviewed)
- ✓Basic activity reporting & small-team collaboration
Screenshots, dashboards, and signup flows are intentionally absent. A feature will only move to “Available now” after it is implemented, tested, and verifiable in the repository.
Intended workflow
From scattered messages to a clear pipeline.
Stage A
Capture
Add contacts and the reason for reaching out, with shared notes so context survives volunteer turnover.
Stage B
Organize
Place each outreach in a stage. Assign an owner and a next action with a due date.
Stage C
Follow through
Work from a “what needs attention” view: overdue follow-ups, unanswered messages, upcoming commitments.
Stage D
Learn
Review a simple activity history to see what moved forward and refine the next outreach round.
What it is
A lightweight organizer for outreach work: stages, ownership, reminders, and history — designed for teams of 1–20, not enterprise sales floors.
What it is not
No mass-email blasting, no scraped contact lists, no autonomous AI outreach, no hidden data collection. Bulk or unsolicited messaging would violate the project’s acceptable-use direction.
Why AI may help — later
AI where it reduces typing, never where it replaces judgment.
If pursued, AI would be limited to assistive, disclosed roles: drafting a first version of a message from the team’s own notes, summarizing a long thread for handoff, or suggesting a next step. Every output would require human review, and AI use would be opt-in per team.
No AI features exist today. The site makes no “AI-powered” claim about a current product.
Design constraints for any future AI
- ✓Human approves before anything is sent
- ✓Outputs labelled as AI-assisted where shown
- ✓Works only on data the organization provided
- ✓Can be switched off entirely
No demo yet — but conversation is open
Help shape what gets built first.
If you coordinate volunteers, run community programs, or handle outreach admin, your input would directly influence priorities.
